Who Are We?
We are the North End Recreation District. In November of 2022, the citizens within the Shelley school district went to the polls and voted to have a recreation district. Our purpose is to expand, beautify, and grow the recreational opportunities in north Bingham County. We are focused on outdoor activities such as playgrounds, sports fields, walking paths, and anything to do with recreation. We have several projects in the works. And we always value feedback. The Mission Statement of the North End Recreation District is to enrich the quality of life for our community by providing a variety of recreation activities, parks, and facilities that promote health and wellness, learning, and fun.

Match our programs and facilities to the needs of our diverse community
Work with other agencies and organizations to better our parks and recreation
Evaluate, Plan, and Execute opportunities to build our parks and recreation
Actively market and promote the District's projects and accomplishments
Achieve greater environmental sustainability
