About Us

Meet Adam French. He grew up in Shelley. He and his beautiful wife Wendy have 4 wonderful children. He is a local Shelley business owner and has been active in the community for several years. He is an avid outdoorsman. He is excited to see how the Rec District can help everyone enjoy our small community better.

Meet Kim Bateman. She grew up in Shelley. Her husband, Shane, and their two boys love supporting the community of Shelley. Kim is a school district employee and enjoys coaching the youth of Shelley. She is excited to serve the residents of Shelley. 

Meet Kelsey Higham. She has lived in Shelley for almost 20 years and absolutley loves the community. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids in their activities, and getting outdoors whenever she can. She is excited to give back and serve the people who make this place feel like home. 

 Meet Karrie Winder. Wife and a mom to two boys. She teaches preschool here in Shelley and is looking forward to all the things the Recreational District can do for our area.

Meet Andy Cooper. His family has been blessed to call Shelley home for several generations. He is a physician and business owner and is proud to serve my fellow citizens.

Bryan has been a Shelley resident for almost his entire life and his Russet roots run deep. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He has been involved in civil construction nearly his whole career. Bryan owns and operates a construction company. He is also a local real estate developer.
